A National 5-STEP PROGRAM To Empty The Streets Of The Homeless, Internet Fraudsters, Prostitutes, Gang Members And Other At-Risk Youths through
Reorientation, Rehabilitation And Empowerment....our rider goes thus" One Punk At A Time"
Operation Empty the Streets is a Charles Oputa Initiative established to help rehabilitate and re-orientate a minimum of 1,000 youth ANNUALLY from the streets in an organized, well thought-out and sustainable manner.
Description
Our program aims at getting a minimum of targeted 1,000 at risk- youths off the streets and turning them into productive and contributory members of the society EVERY YEAR. Beneficiaries will come from all areas of the country and will form a corps of youths for positive purposes
General Information
The project is designed to rescue all youth from disadvantaged backgrounds, the unemployed, the at-risk youths, prostitutes, drug addicts,
militants, internet fraudsters and petty criminals who are ready and willing to be rehabilitated.

To this end, We expect all governments in the country (National, State, Local Govts), Government parastatals, charitable organization, corporate bodies and High Noteworthy individuals across the country will help us empty the streets of the target... (read more)
Mission
•To help 1,000 youths permanently get off the streets into more productive and self
fulfilling lifestyles every year in a sustainable manner.

•To motivate, inspire and encourage the at-risk youths such as the internet fraudsters, militants, homeless, drug addicts, prostitutes, gang members and petty criminals on the alternatives to destructive lifestyles, show them the possibilities for self realization within the bounds of legal and organized society.

•To promote individual industry, entrepreneurship by inspiring hope, confidence, self belief and hard work among the growing youths and the at-risk populace

•To provide necessary trainings, seminars, and camps necessary to help the less privileged, unemployed, homeless, widows and at-risk youths in our society acquire the practical skills to be self dependent.

•Above all, we drive to sensitize the youths on the ills of living lives outside the law including dangers of prostitution, drug trafficking, fraud, armed robbery and violence etc by showing them possibilities for positive self actualization in a structured program.
